I've been there to that website Tony! I thought it was cool! In fact I got some cool pen pals from them! I found another one it is called inlinguapenpals.com it's for multi lingual people!
I have another one which is easy to handle. It is for e-mail-pals, though.

ok, i signed up fodr penpalworld.com. However, when i log in and go to the member area, all i find is a page where it talks about how penpalworld is basically free, but if you like it, sign up for a payed membership, then it gives rates. I onlywant the free version. How do i find where it says edit your profile, and how do I read the profiles of others, and all that stuff you're supposed to be able to find?
btw, my nick name on there is wonderwoman59. I got the email confirmation in a matter of minutes, but don't find anything there except that stuff about rates for payed members. if there is not a way to get past it and use the free features, i feeel jipped.

never mind, I found out registering and joining were 2 different things. I entered o the join link on the site and that's where you fill in your profile, then you can start doing a search for penpals. I wrote to 4 people already. I haven't got any responses yet, though i probably should check my spam jail filter and see if they went there. You can only write 5 messages a day if you joined for 3, but i can live with that. unfortunately, you have to have a payed member ship to block certain countries. I'll just have to see how it works out. At least you can delete your membership if you decide you don't like it, but if you don't have a payed acount, the emails just go to your regular in box, but I'm not paying to have penpals, but it might be enjoyable for free.

well, as for the comment about us penpal people being weird, there are 250 thousand people on penpalworld.com lol, so if we're weird, there's 250 thossand more people just like us, glad to kkkknow i'm not the only one who is weird, hee hee hee.

I have pen paling since I was 19 and I am now 26. I have penfriends from all over the world.
well, it depends on what you think is weird, to people who don't talk to strangers over the computer, or peole who don't talk to anyone at all on the computer, people who post on here might be considered weird. Some people think what others do is weird because they don't do it themselves.
